Building on its 30-year history of arranging performance tours around the world, KIconcerts has quickly developed a reputation for being the pre-eminent Wind Ensemble and Concert Band tour organiser. With the guidance of its Artistic Director, Dr. Matthew George, it has arranged unforgettable concerts in inspiring venues with unique cultural interchange in some of the greatest destinations available.
Many touring programs include exchange concerts, clinics with local musical leaders, warm audiences and VIP attendance. Performing in China's Forbidden City Concert Hall, or Prague's Smetana Hall or the Sydney Opera House is the ultimate for many. Concerts in smaller communities where bands have been welcomed, embraced and applauded by overflowing audiences and local media are also remembered for a lifetime.
Outstanding band tours start with the desired musical outcomes to which destinations, venues and touring aspects are matched. Transporting and supplying oversized instruments is another prerequisite to success.
