DAY 1: DEPART 

Depart for Portugal 

DAY 2: LISBON 

Upon arrival in Lisbon, and after clearing Portuguese customs and immigration, you will meet your KIconcerts’ Tour Manager. Upon boarding the tour bus you will start an introductory tour of Lisbon ending at your hotel for check in. After a chance to freshen up the first of your delicious daily dinners will be served. Overnight Lisbon 

DAY 3: LISBON 

Wake up and enjoy the first of your daily breakfasts and begin a day that includes a city tour of Lisbon featuring the stunning San Jeronimo Monastery, one of the great triumphs of European Gothic architecture; the Alfama district - hailed as the oldest part of the city dating back to the Moors of Africa; and St. George castle – which served as a fortification for the Romans, Visigoths and the Moors. In the afternoon you will have time to prepare for your first CONCERT, possibly sharing the stage with a local ensemble. Overnight Lisbon 

DAY 4: SINTRA | LISBON 

This morning you will board the tour bus to nearby Sintra, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its many 19th-century Romantic architectural monuments. After your visit to Sintra we will return to Lisbon and you will have time to explore this fascinating city prior to dinner. Dinner will include a Fado performance, so you can experience the folk music of Portugal which is known for being filled with emotion and nostalgia. Overnight Lisbon

DAY 5: FATIMA | PORTO

After checking out of our hotel we head north with our first stop being in Fatima, one of the most important Catholic shrines in the world, dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Fatima’s Sanctuary welcomes millions of pilgrims and tourists from all over the world to feel a part the story of the apparition experienced by the local farm children. You will continue your tour on to Porto, Portugal’s second largest coastal city, where you will check in to your hotel. Overnight Porto

DAY 6: PORTO

After breakfast you will board the tour bus for a tour of Porto passing by the Dom Luis Bridge – a double decked bridge completed in 1886,; Clerigos Tower – built in 1754 as part of the Clerigos Church; Porto Cathedral and Casa da Musica – a Portuguese music hall, and many more of the great sights. Your second tour CONCERT will be staged tonight. Overnight Porto

DAY 7: SANTAREM | ALGARVE

This morning’s adventure takes you south to the Algarve region along Portugal’s famous southern coastline. En route, you will stop in Santarem, which is home to a number of notable churches, including the 13th century Church of the Holy Miracle (Igreja do Santissimo Milagre). You will arrive in the Algarve area in time for check in and dinner. Overnight in the Algarve area

DAY 8: ALGARVE

Today you till tour Algarve, which includes seeing the extraordinary sand sculpture exhibition (tbd) , with time to explore this lovely beach area. In the afternoon we will enjoy another exchange opportunity with a local ensemble prior to your last tour CONCERT. Overnight in the Algarve area

DAY 9: LISBON

After traveling back to Lisbon there will be ample time for you to leisurely explore Lisbon before your farewell dinner. Overnight Lisbon

DAY 10: DEPART

Transfer to the airport after checking out of the hotel and depart for home.
