Itinerary

DAY 1: Depart from your home airport to Austria.

DAY 2: Arrive in Salzburg, explore the city’s key sites, and take a guided walking tour through Mozart’s birthplace, Hohensalzburg, the Mirabell Gardens and the Salzburger Dom.

DAY 3: Visit locations featured in the movie “The Sound of Music”, including the Mondsee Kirche, St. Gilgen and the original gazebo from the movie, and perform a concert in one of Salzburg’s incredible venues.

DAY 4: Travel to Vienna and explore the city with a guided walking tour through the Hofburg Palace, Mozart’s “Figaro House”, St Stephen’s Cathedral and the Central Cemetery.

DAY 5: Discover the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace, visit the former houses of some of Vienna’s most notable composers, explore Vienna with your ensemble, and perform a concert in the city.

DAY 6: Travel to Prague, take a guided walking tour of Prague city and see the Prague Astronomical Clock’s hourly show before checking in to your hotel.

DAY 7: Tour St. Vitus Cathedral, explore Prague’s quaint Lesser Town, and perform a final concert in one of Prague’s historic venues.

DAY 8: Head to the airport and begin your journey home.

DAY 8: Head to the airport and begin your journey home.

DAY 1: Depart from your home airport to Berlin.

DAY 2: Arrive in Berlin, travel to Dessau, and check-in to your hotel.

DAY 3: Explore Dessau, take a guided tour of the city’s key landmarks, and perform a concert in Wittenberg.

DAY 4: Travel to Leipzig to tour the St. Thomas Church, visit Eisleben to discover, and check-in to your hotel in Weimar.

DAY 5: Discover the history of Eisenach’s old quarter, tour the Wartburg Castle, and perform a concert in one of Germany’s incredible venues.

DAY 6: Take a guided tour of the city of Erfurt, explore the Cathedral Hill, and return to Weimar for the evening.

DAY 7: Leave Weimar and travel to Berlin, stopping to visit the city of Potsdam on the way. Check-in to your hotel in Berlin and take an orientation tour of the city.

DAY 8: Discover some of Berlin’s key historic and cultural sites and perform a concert in one of the cities incredible venues.

DAY 9: Tour the Sachsenhausen concentration camp and explore Berlin with your ensemble.
