Bio
Brendan Sullivan is the President and Owner of KI Concerts and the Founder and CEO of Headfirst Companies. KI joined Headfirst in 2019, bringing together two family-owned businesses united by a commitment to creating exceptional, transformational experiences.
Inspired by the teachers and coaches who had a lasting impact on his own life, Brendan founded Headfirst to give young people opportunities to grow in confidence, develop as teammates and leaders, and discover their passions.
Today, he brings that same belief in the power of meaningful experiences to KI — helping steward its more than 40-year legacy while supporting the team as it creates the next chapter of connecting people and communities through music and travel.
A lifelong Washington, DC-area resident, Brendan and his wife are raising their three children in the community he has always called home. All three are proud Headfirst campers today and, if Brendan has his way, future KI travelers in the years ahead.
Favorite musical moment: Sitting two rows from The Concordia Choir in a church in Trieste, Italy, watching Dr. Michael Culloton conduct. I remember being completely transfixed by the music — one of those experiences I knew, even as it was happening, I’d never forget.
Favorite travel destination: Italy — for the history, food, people, and the seemingly endless opportunities to discover something extraordinary around the next corner.
